Immediate Relief

Patient, Kind & Helpful
My experience with Dr. Ruggiero was excellent. I never went to the facility before and I was given a thorough exam of what my condition was and what to expect. Dr. Ruggiero was very patient, kind, and listened to my concerns. He did an excellent job on my surgery. I definitely would recommend him. The Staff was very kind as well. Thank you all.
Professional & Friendly
I have been a patient of this practice for many many years. I have no complaints, everyone is so very friendly. I truly get the best care from Dr. Forndaley he has done several ear surgeries over the years on me. He is very caring, after my last major ear surgery he called me every day for several days to see how I was doing. I'm now seeing Dr. Isaacson for a cochlear implant, he has been so professional explains everything that needs to be done. When I walk into the office and the gentleman at the desk greets you in such a kind and caring way just makes you feel very welcome at the practice. The one day when I went a few months ago and did not see him there, I got worried that he left. I'm glad he is still there.

I was very pleased with my on-time appointment today with Dr. Fornadley. The receptionist was very friendly, the staff person who checked my hearing was kind and helpful, and Dr. Fornadley and his assistant were top notch! Life-Saving Care
Dr. Malone saved my husband's life. I have never met any doctor with a better bedside manner. He is caring, empathetic and very a professional, experienced surgeon. When my husband first got ill people would ask who his doctors were, every time we told them Dr. Malone they would reply with " How did you get him?" His assistant Victoria has been a life saver for me as well. I've never had a harder job than being his caregiver. My anxiety had went through the roof and if it wasn't for Victoria being so available to me to ask my questions and get the answers I needed to take care of my husband, I don't know what I would've done. She's the best!
Feeling Better Than I Have in Years
This practice has been so beneficial to me in treating my allergy and sinus issues. I had struggled with sinus and ear infections for years and the allergy treatments have been so effective. I do not get the recurring sinus and ear infections anymore and I feel better than I have many years.
Best Possible Service
For many years I have got the best possible service from the Hershey practice including ear exam, wax removals but especially a series of increasing technologically improved hearing aids including Oticon Cros, thanks to Sara Barron, audiologist extraordinaire. But the greatest help came again from Sara after I moved out of state and my hearing aid was damaged, most likely by the new audiologist I had selected. Sara arranged for a last minute visit and managed to get me perfectly working hearing aids. She also made sure I would get them quickly even though I was in France at the time and shipping logistics and communications were not particularly easy.
Exceptionally Friendly & Helpful
Was seen by Ben Leggerie today in the Carlisle Office. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and I was taken back before my appointment time which is amazing. Ben was fantastic in listening to my concerns and very caring during his exam. I am hoping the treatments he prescribed works well for me and I can return to "normal" soon. Great to have this specialty available in Carlisle and quick appointments as well!
Positive Influence on Many Lives
I would like to thank Cathy for all of the help that she has given me during the last year to improve my hearing. The time that she has spent on my hearing issue has improved my hearing and my overall outlook on my life. I want to extend my thanks to Cathy and all of the staff at AOP for their interest in helping me. I would like to point out that by helping me, you also have had a positive influence on many other lives.

Life-Changing Care
I have had nothing but good experiences with this practice. Dr. Shapiro and Kevin Gordon have helped my children through multiple sets of tubes and infections. Dr. Isaacson suggested the BAHA to me and it has changed my life completely. The office staff is always very helpful as well. Wouldn't go anywhere else in the midstate. Thanks for all that you do!!!
Great Care Givers
I had Dr. Fornadley as my specialist for years and he was excellent. SO patient, attentive, and great care giver. I am going to miss you as my doctor, but I am very comfortable with Dr. French. He is a gem.
