Sasha Heffelfinger

Sasha started at AOP Inc in 2018 as Dr. Isaacson's clinical medical assistant. In 2021 she moved to our Audiology Department. She handles hearing aid repairs, connectivity issues for devices, training of patients to use their devices, scheduling of patients, and VNGs for balance testing. She has taken courses with Hearing Aid Academy for their Hearing Instrument Specialist Program.  When she is not spending her free time with her husband and family, she enjoys helping Veterans in the local community.
